Please read these Terms and Conditions CAREFULLY. These are the general Terms and Conditions governing your access and use of this website. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. By continuing to use the Site and/or any of the services shown on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Before using Secondmatch.com you must register as a member of the site and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your membership. The terms of use (agreement) may be modified by the Site from time to time, with a notice to the user. Must be 18 years of old.

Member Registration
Member must register first to access the full features of the site. During registration we collect general user information and contact information.

No warranty 
The information and materials contained in this site, including text, graphics, links or other items - are provided "as is," "as available". Secondmatch.com does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and materials and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions therein. No warranties of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus, are given in conjunction with the information and materials.

  
 
Validity
This agreement is valid, as long as you are a member or use the services offered by Secondmatch.com. Secondmatch reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason with an email notice to you. You may discontinue/terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to Secondmatch.com. If there is evidence that you have given false information, Secondmatch.com may terminate this agreement. You also agree to receive emails from Secondmatch.com. In the event of you terminate your membership the registration fees is not refunded in any reason. If Secondmatch.com terminating your membership because of any infringement / breach of the terms herein, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused Subscription fees if any.

Eligibility
To register as a member of Secondmatch.com, to avail matchmaking services, the individual seeking a match must be above 18 years age or over, based on the laws of the country that you residing in. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority, to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

A member shall not include in their member profile any URL's, email addresses or personal contact information. Any such action will result in immediate termination of the membership.

Secondmatch.com is not responsible for any disputes between members of Secondmatch.com. Secondmatch.com has the right, but no obligation to monitor and resolve any such disputes. 

The Site is for the personal use of individual members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors, including providing links to other websites. You must use this site on your own risk. Secondmatch.com and any of its affiliates are not responsible for any fraud, bad behavior by other members.   

Members Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Secondmatch.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel subscription in their sole discretion. 

Privacy Policy
The users of Secondmatch.com are subject to this available Privacy Policy.

Communication 
When you visit Secondmatch.com you are communicating with us electronically by sending e-mails and phones. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, e-mail and telephone. We will communicate with you by e-mail and phone. 

By using this site you agree that you will not –
• Engage in any unsolicited advertising, solicitation, buying / selling of any products or services through the Site.
• Transmit any chain letters or junk email
• Use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse or harm another person or in order to contact such person for any ulterior motive.

Except for the information, which is posted by the Member, Secondmatch.com owns and retains the proprietary rights in the Site and the Service. The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, patents and other proprietary information and its licensors whether registered or not. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display or sell any such proprietary information. 

This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Secondmatch.com. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Secondmatch.com and our affiliates without express written consent. You may not use any Meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Secondmatch.com’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of Secondmatch.com. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Secondmatch.com. You may not use any Secondmatch.com logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.   

Content that you have Posted on the Site
You understand and you agree that:

• You understand and agree that Secondmatch.com may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles that in the sole judgment of Secondmatch.com violate the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other Secondmatch.com and/or its Members.    
• The registered paid members of Secondmatch.com will be able to view contact details of users, who have permitted their contact details to be visible to other members of Secondmatch.com.  
• You understand and hereby agree that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, tags, or other Content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted or otherwise made available to Secondmatch.com or members, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated and shall be at the member's/person's sole risks and consequences. This means that you are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. Secondmatch.com does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. Under no circumstances will Secondmatch.com be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.   
• By posting Content to any public area of Secondmatch.com, you automatically grant and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to the site and its Members, an irreversible, continuous, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of or incorporate into other works, such information and content and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. 
• You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display or post on the Secondmatch.com service, or transmit to other Secondmatch.com Members. Secondmatch.com reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site. In exercising this right, Secondmatch.com may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the site. If you fail to produce such evidence, Secondmatch.com may in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.

• we may edit your profile content if we find it Inappropriate. Do not include your Phone number, Emails etc in any format. We may delete that information.

The partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. It includes content that:

• is patently offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry , hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
• promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
• involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
• promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
• contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) ;
• provides instructional information about illegal activities such as violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
• provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
• provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy or providing or creating computer viruses;
• solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
• displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
• engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.
• You may not include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's and email addresses.
• You must use the LifepartnerIndia.com Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  
YOU AGREE THAT YOU USE THIS SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. 
Secondmatch.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Site or in connection with its Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized neither in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the Secondmatch.com Service whether online or offline. The Site is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Secondmatch.com Site and/or in connection with the Secondmatch.com Service. Under no circumstances will Secondmatch.com be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service and/or any Content posted on the Secondmatch.com Site or transmitted to Secondmatch.com Members. Secondmatch.com shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of or subsequent to, matrimonial relations established pursuant to the use of the Site. The Site assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of, User and/or Member communications. The Site and the Service are provided "AS-IS" and Secondmatch.com expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Site cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Site and/or the Secondmatch.com Service.    
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Secondmatch.com be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site or the Secondmatch.com Service, even if Secondmatch.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Secondmatch.com, liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Secondmatch.com, for the Service during the term of membership.

While every effort has been made to provide correct and updated information, The Site does not warrant the accuracy, completeness and timely availability of the information provided on The Site and accepts no responsibility or liability for any error or omission in any information on The Site.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE SITE BE LIABLE TO PAY ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE OR COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING PRODUCTS LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY AND NEGLIGENCE).

The Site accepts advertising material sent by third parties for display on The Site. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that the material submitted by them complies with national and international law. The Site at its absolute discretion reserves the right to change, suspend or omit any advertisement.

REFUND OF FEE
Membership is not refundable in any circumstances. If you choose to terminate your membership, the REGISTRATION FEES IS NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Disputes
-If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction shall be solely at the Courts at Chandigarh, India only. Secondmatch.com is not responsible for such disputes.

Member Disputes
-You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Secondmatch.com Members. You agree and undertake that your interactions with the other Secondmatch.com Members are at your sole discretion and responsibility, and that Secondmatch.com shall not be responsible/ liable for confirming the veracity of the content of other Secondmatch.com Members.   

   
 
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Secondmatch.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

The Site reserves its right to monitor the conduct of Members and in its sole discretion stop / cancel and / or initiate action against such registration in case there is any violation of rules as enumerated herein.

Misc
Even after this Agreement is terminated, these provisions will remain in effect.
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, pricing and these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time.

You agree that we may advertise our site over online, Tv channels, newspapers etc. which may also contains your photo if we display any of our webpage. You agree that you do not have any obligations. If you do not agree please do not register on this site. 

 
Secondmatch.com may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other sites or resources located on the World Wide Web by allowing a user to leave the Secondmatch.com to access third-party material or by bringing the third party material into this site via "inverse" hyperlinks and framing technology. Secondmatch.com has no control over such sites and resources.

Your membership in the Secondmatch.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
-If your membership is terminated by Secondmatch.com for breach of agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund on the subscription/membership charges paid.
